Miller Brothers also specializes in custom homes designed to take advantage of the unique hybrid modular concept developed by joint efforts with KeWay Homes, a sister company located in Goshen. This hybrid concept allows for customized plans incorporating the efficiencies of building sections of the home off-site in a climate controlled environment at the KeWay Homes plant. These sections are then crane-set on the foundation and the construction is completed on site. Advantages of this system include shorter construction time, customized designs, and economies realized by volume purchases as well as reducing weather related delays.
