        (A) During the 2 year period beginning on the warranty date, the new home will be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship or defective materials.

        (B) During the 2 year period beginning on the warranty date, the new home will be free from defects caused by faulty installation of plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, or ventilating systems, exclusive of fixtures, appliances, or items of equipment.

        (C) During the 4 year period beginning on the warranty date, the new home will be free from defects caused by faulty workmanship or defective materials in the roof systems of the new home.

        (D) During the 10 year period beginning on the warranty date, the new home will be free from major structural defects.

(E)  During the 1 year period beginning on the warranty date, the Contractor will repair drywall cracks, nail pops, door adjustments and window adjustments that Buyer notifies Contractor of in writing.
